Our sustainability roadmap directly supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and is aligned to their 2030 plan. Four pillars drive innovation, brand differentiation and employee action across our entire value chain. From the farms we source from to the communities where we bottle and sell, every link in our supply chain is part of the commitment.

Terroir
Nurturing Terroir

Protecting water, soil and biodiversity is central to how we source and produce. We work with farming communities across India on regenerative agriculture practices, supporting the construction of community farm ponds and promoting practices that protect the water table. Our target is to be water-balanced in high-risk watersheds by 2030, with progress tracked and reported annually.

People
Valuing People

We believe conviviality starts with the people who make it possible. Our programmes support inclusive, safe and fair workplaces and invest in the communities surrounding our operations, through education, livelihoods training and women's empowerment initiatives across India. More than five lakh people have been reached by these programmes, spanning thirteen states and three union territories.

Making
Circular Making

We are working toward packaging that is entirely reusable, recyclable or compostable by 2030. This means rethinking materials, reducing virgin plastic, and designing for end-of-life from the outset. Alongside packaging, we are investing in more efficient manufacturing and a lower-carbon footprint across our production network in India.

Hosting
Responsible Hosting

We market our brands responsibly and we extend that commitment beyond the glass. Our responsible hosting programmes address the misuse of alcohol through awareness campaigns, prevention initiatives and industry partnerships. All communication adheres to Indian advertising and surrogate guidelines, and we actively support the development of industry-wide responsibility standards.
